We believe that the CrossFit methodology is the most effective way of eliciting measurable, observable, and repeatable improvements in fitness. We believe a strong community is paramount to building sustained, lifelong success in health and fitness. We believe there are many ways to improve fitness, and we support each individual in finding the right avenue to express their personal fitness.

We’ve talked about our “tribe” in the past. As much as I like this term for our community, I think a more appropriate term is “pack.” As in a pack of badasses. I’m so, so, so thankful to have the opportunity to be a part of each of your lives.
