Think of it as a community of athletes of all kinds, ages, and abilities in which a person’s health is the number one priority. It’s a support group- we cheer and support each other during workouts, socialize outside of the gym, and call each other for missing a workout. Our CrossFit family is here to hold each other accountable to showing up, working hard, eating well, and being healthy and happy. Fitness is more than a workout- it’s a way of life.

CrossFit is a functional fitness program that is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. We use compound movements found in everyday life to develop strength, conditioning, and improve your overall fitness. We borrow from gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and a wide variety of other sports to develop a comprehensive program that gives us measurable, observable, and repeatable results. Our approach to fitness is based on the scientific data and studies that demonstrate the physiological reactions of the human body to exercise- we haven’t invented a new “miracle” program, we’re simply applying the empirical evidence that has been discovered in order to maximize the body’s response.
